Foundation Repair Columbus GA (foundationrepaircolumbusga.com) serves homeowners in Columbus, GA, Muscogee County and five nearby towns in Harris, Talbot and Marion County. This page sets out how the site makes money and who does the foundation work.
The short version. One independent local foundation contractor receives the requests we route, and it may pay this site a flat advertising fee. The contractor, not this site, does every visit, estimate and repair.
What the site is and isn't. This is a marketing website. It is not a contractor and holds no contractor license of any class. It neither offers nor performs any foundation or construction work, nor causes any to be performed, and no plumbing or electrical work is done or offered here either. Inspecting, assessing and engineering are outside what it does, and so are pricing, estimating, bidding on, proposing, scheduling, contracting for and guaranteeing work of any kind.
The contractor's role. The contractor that receives a request is independent. It chooses whether to get in touch, looks at the house if you agree, writes any estimate and carries out any work the two of you sign for. We don't employ, direct or supervise it.
The fee. Any fee is a flat amount for advertising. It is the same whether or not a job is ever signed. Homeowners pay us nothing and receive nothing from us: no gift cards, discounts, rebates, credits or other things of value.
What the fee doesn't mean. Paying for advertising is not an endorsement, and it tells you nothing about how the contractor compares with others. You can get other estimates and turn down any offer. Our national cost ranges and our notes on Georgia's license line and local permit forms are there to help you weigh an offer yourself.
Affiliations. We have no affiliation with any other business that uses a similar name (including any earlier website at this address), with the Columbus Consolidated Government or any county or town named on the site, or with the State of Georgia or the U.S. Army.
Contact. Send any question about this disclosure through the contact form. It is governed by the laws of Georgia.
